Please note that if you wish to stay longer at our lodge, we have a special rate for you and may attract a discount, depending on availability. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Country Motel Rubaare-  – Booking & Cancelletion Policy

CONFIRMING A BOOKING:

A deposit of one night’s room rate, or 50% of the entire stay, whichever is greater, is required to hold a reservation.

We accept credit cards.
Guests are responsible for the entire length of stay reserved.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our Policy is as follows:

*Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a full refund .

*Cancellations notified less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 5O%. Any alterations to length of stay ie. shortening of period booked, will be charged for full period unless 60 days notice is given prior to arrival.

*Failure to arrive (i.e. a no show) will be charged for full period booked.

*If all cancelled nights can be re-booked, all charges are waived.

*Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings .

Children and beds

Child policies

Children of any age are welcome.

Children aged 6 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Cost and extra bed policies
